Our policy

By booking this service from Maid It Sparkle, the client agrees to these terms:  * Prior to the cleaning technician’s arrival, please remove all items, clothing, toys, etc that may delay the efficient cleaning of your home. This will maximize productivity and minimize the time we spend to clean your home. * If you have any irreplaceable, collectable or expensive objects, we ask that these items be secured or put away in order to avoid painful accidents.  * The cleaning crew will immediately notify the client of any accidental damage that occurs during each job. In the event that the client finds any damage in the home as a result of our cleaning service, we ask that you notify Maid It Sparkle within two (2) days after service. If notification is made past the two (2) day time period, Made It Sparkle reserves the right to deny compensation.  * All minors 18 years and younger are required to be supervised by an adult while our staff and equipment are present in your home. * Please secure all pets that are dangerous to our employees inside and outside of your house. * Maid It Sparkle cannot be responsible for cleaning up after pets.  * Water source to clean is supplied from the client's home. *   Refunds are not allowed - if you are unsatisfied with our service provided, Maid It Sparkle will do their best to resolve the matter. *Cancellations and Reschedules must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of service, failure to do so will result in a deposit forfeiture and risk of no longer able to receive services from Maid It Sparkle. *First time customers are required to pay a $50 deposit - A link will be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking on the site, deposit due immediately to hold your appointment date +time.
